While shopping on our website is super fun and easy, our CommentSold Live Sales are even better! Our live sales occur every week day at 12:30PM CST. You can tune into these live sales on Facebook or on our App. You'll be seeing our faces and chatting with us, just like you would shopping in-store but you can do so from the comfort of your home!

Where do I shop CommentSold style?

There's two ways to shop CommentSold style: Facebook or our Mobile App!

*We highly suggest shopping from our App. It more reliable than Facebook and much easier!

 

How do I shop on a Facebook?

It's easy! The word "SOLD" is the key word in every comment. It must be included for the system to properly invoice. Size and color (as applicable) must also be included with your comment. If you are unsure of the sizes/colors available, please refer to the post or video. Each variant must be spelled exactly as it is listed in the post/video. The system also does not pick up edited comments. If you comment incorrectly, you will need to leave an entirely new comment.

How do I complete my purchase once I comment?

To access your cart, you will need to click on the link included in the post/video description. You can comment and add as many items as you'd like to your cart before checking out. Once you get to your cart, you can remove items if you would like. Once you comment, you will have 2 hours to pay your invoice before the items will be removed from your cart. After 2 hours, if the invoice is not paid, the item will be given to the next customer on the waitlist.

 

What if I miss the live sale, but want to purchase a piece from it?

Live sales may happen in real-time but you can still shop them after we are no longer live! All live sales are posted to our page and always available to purchase from like normal.

 

Can I purchase two of the same product?

Yes! If you would like to purchase 2 of the same time, you will need to leave a comment for each item you want to purchase. 1 comment per 1 item.

 

Is shipping still free if I order CommentSold style?

Yes! Fast and free shipping for all US orders, always!

 

What does it mean by being put on the waitlist?

If an item you want sells out, you can still comment and be added to the that item's waitlist. If someone's cart expires or we restock the item and you're next on the waitlist, it will automatically be added to your cart! You can Pre-Authorize your payment for waitlist items for easy order completion.

 

How does waitlist authorization work?

When a customer is waitlisted, they can access the item in their waitlist tab and choose to, "Be first on the waitlist." When a customer chooses to authorize their card, they are giving us permission to charge their card and create an order IF the item comes back in stock. We do not charge the card before this time. If the item is not restocked, the authorization will expire.

 

How do I get to the top of the waitlist?

Once you've been notified your item is waitlist, access your waitlist tab in your account. When you authorize your waitlist items, it will put you at the top of the list to purchase the item waitlisted. 

 

I have CommentSold credit. How do I use it?

If you have store credit, it will show up in your cart once you have logged into your account. Once you are ready to checkout, you will click on the blue button labeled "click here to use account credit." We are unable to apply credit for you. 

 

Can I return an item I purchase on CommentSold?

Yes! Our return policy for CommentSold orders is the same as our website. Click here to see our Return Policy.

 

Why did my CommentSold item/order get cancelled?

If you are checking out through CommentSold, there may be a system delay that can result in the possibility of an item becoming sold out. Even though it shows you purchased the item, the item may need to be cancelled.

 

Can I use a gift card?

Mason Jar Gift Cards can not be used on CommentSold, only on our website shopthemasonjar.com. But, we can switch over your Gift Card $ amount to CommentSold credit. To do so, please give us a call at (605)-633-0343 or email support@shopthemasonjar.com and we will get it switched over for you.
